Hiking is the best..

Norrøna Shooting Innsbruck

Before leaving for Italy and the Olives I managed to get an amazing late fall day in Innsbruck with my friends Mathe, Robert and Konstantin, shooting part two for a story for Norrøna Magazine.
We had to wade through almost waistdeep slush for two hours to get to the Rocks that we wanted to shoot on. But on a sunny day like this, with your friends even that is a pleasure.

Snow Again

Back in the Snow again ... in the middle of October!
I've started shooting in the Snow again after the Summer.
First I was in Hintertux to shoot Freddie Evensen for O'Neil,
than over to Pitztal to shoot a story with Worldchampion
Skiracer Lindsay Vonn for Red Bulletin Magazine. Than it was
Back to Hintertux for some more O'Neil shooting with André Kuhlmann
and Janne Korpi. It took some time to get back into "Cold Mode"
But those few Pow Slashes we managed to sneak in made it
ALL GOOD! Lovin it!!!

Highfield Festival

Very surprisingly I got to go to Thüringen this weekend to shoot the Appearence of the Red Bull Tour Bus at Highfield Festival close to Erfurt. I am always amazed and a little worried when I see crowds of people like this. 25000 Humans in one Campground , each one equiped with about 40 cans of Discout Beer... I don't know. Anyway it was interesting to see it and best of all I even got to see one of my favorite Bands, Port O'Brien on the side. That was nice.

Nockspitze

This week my friends Christoph, Rene and me spent the night up on Nockspitze to watch the Fading Stars or Meteros as you migt want to call them. We had plenty of Radler and Christoph was
flying his Model plane that he dragged up the Hill. Good times my friends.

Flatz Dornbirn

Sometimes you get the "good ones" from the Chocolate Box..
So this time I got to drag long with my friend Boris, a Documentary Filmer who was doing a piece
about austrian born Artist Flatz in Dornbirn, Austria.
My job was to shoot still pics to be incooperated in the Film.
It turned out to be good fun and super interesting.

FotoDoks 09

Some of you might know already,
we are once again organizing FotoDoks, a small documentary foto festival in Bad Aibling,
Bavaria. Last weekend we made the final cuts for the exhibition, which will consist of the work
of the following fotographers:

FotoDoks 09 will take place from september 24th-27th in the Gallery of the Kunstverein Bad Aibling.

Climbing with Daniel

Also last week I finally managed to shoot some climbing finally.
My friend Daniel, a Mountain Guide spent a good amount of time
explaing the right technique to me. It was quite fun, that's for sure

Last week, I spent a day in the Mountains, climbing Ochsenwand in the Stubai valley with my buddy Christoph. We had an epic time there.
